Character Development Tools for Families, Schools & Organisations

The world doesn’t need faster people. It needs whole ones.

Welcome to Conscioushood, where we’re reclaiming the slow work of growing character, one virtue at a time.

We believe the antidote to rising rates of disconnection and isolation is character and community. We help people and teams build resilience by deepening their empathy, courage, and responsibility.

Built on the neuroscience of connection we are starting a new conversation around leadership, collaboration, and meaningful growth.

Who Is It For

  • Two children play a card game on a play mat, with cards displaying virtues and emoticons.

    For Families

Simple, beautiful tools to weave character into everyday life. Our symbol-based decks, Character Cards and Dinner Conscious Cards offer quick reflection prompts and mini virtue practices for all ages. Add Activity Packs for easy, screen-light ideas and use stickers to celebrate effort and keep momentum through school runs, bedtimes, and around the table. And coming soon a middle grade age book series bringing the virtues to life through an adventure story.

A practical, modular program for real classrooms: 20-virtue lesson plans you can run from 5–50 minutes, with age-banded options, slides, and take-home extensions. Use growth stickers to help students name and track their developing character skills, and award Certificates of Character Growth to celebrate milestones and build belonging. Works on its own or as part of term long Classroom Kits.

    For Organisations & Events

Keynotes, team workshops, and leadership sessions that turn our 20 virtues into everyday team habits. Designed for conferences, NGOs, school groups, and workplaces, these sessions build confidence, psychological safety, and better decision-making. Formats range from 45–60 minute talks to half-day intensives, with practical takeaways including playbooks, ritual cards, discussion prompts, and an action plan your team can start using immediately.

We offer organisations, schools and communities practical tools and programs to build empathy, courage, honesty and collaboration.
